2nd Mental Health Assessment for Gender Affirming Surgery Referral Letters. We have more than 20 years of clinical experiences working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary and questioning patients. We provide brief Intake session, 2nd MH assessments, and letters of support for surgical procedures. We are here to support you to reach your goal for having surgery. Hablamos Espanol!
