Immigration Evaluation

Service Description

An immigration evaluation is a mental health evaluation that assesses various psychological aspects of immigration cases. Every assessment is highly personalized to consider the individual experiences of the person coming in for an evaluation. Because of the multiple components involved in completing a thorough assessment may take at least four sessions. These evaluations may be needed to diagnose emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorders and, most importantly, used to support immigration cases. The initial evaluation will explore many aspects, including medical and family history, social and environmental influences, school or work concerns, and emotional and cognitive strengths and weaknesses.
